If you have an immediate resourcing need for a sustainability related project, we have a network of outstanding graduates and researchers available to support you. Our Internships program can be tailored to your business, contracts can vary in length starting from 8 weeks and no referral fee is payable if you choose to take the graduate on at the end of the internship. 


We work with public, private and third-sector organisations that want to make positive social, economic, or environmental impact through what they do. Our specialist team will work with you to define your specific needs in a way that suits your organisational values and requirements.

We market your role to our extensive network of sustainability enthusiasts, post it on our website, recruitment websites, sustainability jobs boards, social media and University career sites. 


We read and score each application against the person specification listed in the job description. The 15-20 top scoring candidates are then invited through to a telephone interview.


These 30 minute conversations give us a more holistic view of each candidate beyond what is written on their CV. We can then be confident of the final shortlist put forward to you for interview. 


We invite up to 6 candidates through to a formal interview at your organisation. We can write interview scripts and facilitate the day but you make the final decision on who to offer the position to.


When required, we can employ a Change Agent on behalf of an organisation through our Employment Service – a full HR and payroll management service; enabling you to have the people you need, when and for how long you need them.

Members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, we manage employee contracts and all aspects of payroll, including pension auto enrollment, holiday entitlement and expenses, whilst you remain responsible for the day–to-day management of the Change Agent.

Our flexible approach allows you to tailor the service according to your individual needs and requirements. Unlike an agency, we do not charge a retainer or finder’s fee should you wish retain the person or employ them directly at the end of the placement.​

Our Employment Services are also available to any staff you would like us to employ on your behalf.​


We can work in partnership with you on resourcing or supporting tender applications; creating a bespoke package that fits your budget and enables you to achieve the targets.

Our graduates our passionate and dynamic, with the specific skills to help drive behaviour change in your organisation to achieve maximum impact and engagement.

We make recruitment easy for you, managing the process end-to-end, you select your preferred candidate from the face-to-face interviews and line manage them once in post. We will employ, train and guide them through the duration of their contract. 

The full service is delivered for a single project fee.
