As a Recruitment and Development Officer for Change Agents you will have a diverse daily life, working on active recruitment and employment projects to create new Change Agents, developing new opportunities, supporting learners on our education programmes and assisting the team as needed with a range of supporting tasks. We’re a small team and everyone gets stuck into the wider business whilst maintaining their specialism.
