SUSTAINABILITY LEADERSHIP SKILLS: GROUP TRAINING

Nurture the transformational skills needed to lead the green transition.

Our flagship Sustainability Leadership Skills Programme (SLSP) is designed to unlock your teams' potential to drive transformative change for a better future, whether at a business, community, or university cohort.

The green transition is a cultural metamorphosis. So often, we focus on how we react to the challenges we face, the caterpillar we're shifting away from, and the policies and processes that are necessary, but uninspiring.

This focus gets us stuck dodging rather than building. We can't focus solely on the fire that's present: we need to also build a clear vision and pathway to the butterfly that we seek to become.

The SLSP is a holistic journey designed for practitioners and teams who are ready to look ahead: not just at how we can tackle global challenges but also how we can nurture new mindsets and organisations shaped by sustainability.

Combining skills development, personal empowerment and cultural transformation, your team will leave equipped to lead the way to a brighter future for our organisations, community and natural world.

"An interesting and thought-provoking course that gives you the tools you need to recognise that you already are a sustainability leader and how to communicate that.".""

University Staff Member

"The opportunity to not only learn new skills and methods from the team, but also to share experiences and key learnings in an open and honest environment with other people on the programme was invaluable."

Sustainability Professional

It’s rare to find a space that combines personal reflection, leadership development, and sustainability thinking so effectively. The trainer created a safe and inspiring environment. I’m truly grateful. .

How It Works

Accredited by the Leadership Skills Foundation and aligned to the GreenCorp Competence Framework and Inner Development Goals, the Programme supports professional journeys to Chartered Environmentalist via the CIWM.

Our group training is designed for cohorts of 5 - 25 participants who seek to create intersectional, long-term change throughout their current or future role.

The full training programme is 20-hours of live workshops alongside self study and an assessment. However, this isn't the only way it can be delivered.

We offer a 'pick-and-mix' approach so you can select the key content that most suits your groups' needs and aims.

If you're unsure, our experienced Education Team will help you identify the right journey and content, bespoke for your team.
