SUSTAINABILITY LEADERSHIP SKILLS: GROUP TRAINING

Our flagship programme to nurture transformational skills, build capacity in your team and to lead change across and beyond your organisation.

Our flagship Sustainability Leadership Skills Programme (SLSP) is designed to unlock the potential of your teams to lead transformative change.

The green transition is more than an environmental imperative; it represents a profound shift in how we think, operate, and lead. Too often, attention centres on short-term challenges and compliance—necessary steps, but ones that can limit ambition and creativity.

True progress requires more than reacting to today’s pressures. It calls

for a clear vision of the future we want to build—and the leadership capabilities to make it a reality.

The SLSP offers a holistic development journey for professionals, students and teams ready to look ahead. By combining practical skills, personal growth, and cultural transformation, you will leave ready to lead with purpose—equipped to navigate complexity, foster innovation and embed sustainability into the fabric of your organisations.

"The opportunity to learn new skills and methods, but also to share experiences and key learnings in an open and honest environment with other people on the programme was invaluable."

"A thought-provoking, well-designed course that broadened my perspective, and inspired meaningful professional change. It will enable you to understand both the challenges we face and the solutions that we can bring."

It’s rare to find a space that combines personal reflection, leadership development,  and sustainability thinking   so effectively. The trainer created a safe and inspiring environment.
I’m truly grateful.

How It Works

Accredited by the Leadership Skills Foundation and aligned to the GreenCorp Competence Framework and Inner Development Goals, the Programme supports professional journeys to Chartered Environmentalist via the CIWM.

Our group packages are designed for cohorts of 5 - 25 participants. The full programme includes 20-hours of live workshops mixing skills application, reflection activities & lecture-style teaching, alongside a self study portal of resources and an assessment.

We offer a 'pick-and-mix' approach so you can select the key content that most suits your groups' needs and aims, as we design the perfect adaptation for your teams context, sector and aspirations.

Delivery Options

If you've got a specific skill to develop, you can choose just one or two units for your team.

We will provide extra resources and guidance to support them beyond the day.

One-Day

Perfect for team-building and development. It allows us to dive deeper into the content, unlocking purpose and vision.

Perfect blends:

Systemic Thinking + Creativity

Communicating + Leadership

Ethics + Resilience

Two-Days

Trust us, it's worth it!

Over two-days, we can cover the majority of the live content, bringing participants on a journey of change where they leave transformed, ready to develop new strategies and take action. Ideal for in-person delivery.

Full Course

Our full programme is typically offered as 10 two-hour training sessions, weekly or monthly.

It's ideal to embed into team development pathways. This facilitates longer-term change through impact awareness, knowledge building and purpose definition.
