Learning vital transferable skills in communication, presentation and networking.

In this workshop we blend teaching of effective techniques with promotion of peer led discussion and the sharing of knowledge and best practice. We give each participant the opportunity to practice their communication skills in a supportive environment and build their confidence.

Using core values as the foundation, we take participants through the step by step process of creating a tangible plan to understand and unlock their career goals.

When applying for jobs, the golden rule is quality over quantity. Having a career plan provides a reference point to filter job descriptions against and ascertain where to focus time and energy. This results in a higher quality application and increases the chance of successfully securing a meaningful role.

“When it came to helping our students to understand how to prepare themselves for a career in sustainability, Megan from Change Agents’ presentation was awe-inspiring.   Not only did she provide a lot of factual information, she delivered it in an interactive and engaging way, which made it easy to absorb. The structure was clear, motivational and effective. They had obviously put a lot of thought and expertise into the content of the presentation, and because of this our students have taken away a very key message - ‘sustainability starts where you are'.”
