Hi @Everyone Welcome to our new members and thank you for joining the session on climate anxiety and resilience today. This is a space for you to network, share tips or experiences, and reflect on the sessions. In this session we covered what climate anxiety is and how to address it through three steps: seeing climate anxiety as an ally, finding a community and taking targeted action. Below are some resources that may help you take some of these steps, and thank you to @Tanwen who recommended Rob Hopkin’s book ‘What Is to What If’ which builds on our envisioning the future exercise. Hi Alex, thanks for the session yesterday.
I wonder if anyone else has read “The Monkey Wrench Gang” by Edward Abbey. If you have, you'll understand that is one way to deal with habitat destruction/climate anxiety!
