Award Categories
Community Impact Award
This award celebrates individuals who have channelled their learning into tangible community benefit.
Sustainability at Work Award
This award is for individuals who have been an agent of change in advancing sustainability through their paid or professional work.
Sustainability Newcomer Award
This award recognises individuals near the start of their career (including career changers) who have delivered change, gone above and beyond the requirements of their role or who have influenced others to make change.
What is required for the submission?
You will be asked to:
1: Provide a written statement of up to 800 words describing your sustainability activity and its impact.
2: Provide a brief statement (up to 150 words) on how your Change Agents UK experience contributed to your work.
Eligibility criteria
Get to Know Us
To be eligible, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
• Have participated in at least one Change Agents UK programme or workshop that exceeds 3 hrs, or have been recruited by Change Agents UK (there is no time limit since participation/recruitment).
• Be able to evidence sustainability-related activity occurring within the last year.
• Consent to Change Agents UK using their name, organisation, and a summary of their submission for promotional purposes.
How to apply
Applications may be submitted in one of two ways:
Self-Nomination
Eligible applicants may nominate themselves for any category in which they believe their work qualifies. Self-nominations are strongly encouraged and carry equal weight in the judging process.
Third-Party Nomination
Colleagues, managers, peers, or Change Agents UK staff may nominate an eligible individual. The nominee will be contacted and invited to confirm they consent to the nomination.
