We have three main training options:

Sustainable Futures student worksohp
We are always happy to design bespoke training to meet your aims, gaps and context.
Carbon Literacy: Sustainability Leadership for Schools
Being Carbon Literate represents “An awareness of the carbon costs and impacts of everyday activities, and the ability and motivation to reduce emissions, on an individual, community and organisational basis.” Join over 160,000 certified learners.
This one-day certified training course designed specifically for school staff equips you with the knowledge and resources to commence or progress impactful climate action in a way that suits your school priorities and community.
Our accredited course is aligned to the Department for Education’s four climate action plan pillars to support an integrated, efficient and engaging approach to climate action. Our experienced team have delivered Carbon Literacy to over 1,000 learners to date and also have backgrounds as school teachers, to ensure an impactful and effective course.
We typically host the course as three two-hour sessions alongside around two hours of self-led study. After joining the live sessions you will complete a short Evidence Form, which we expect to take around 30 minutes, in order to get certified by The Carbon Literacy Project. Our public cohorts can be booked on Eventbrite but we can also host private sessions, virtually or in-person for staff and students over 16 years old.
