Do you recruit for all job types and levels?
Yes, we don't specify certain roles or seniorities. However, we do only recruit into organisations who are committed to sustainability.

Can we just advertise on the Green Jobs Board?
Absolutely. We offer a range of services from a simple advert on our jobs board through to employment services. For just £250 + VAT you can advertise or for £495 + VAT you can advertise and get a place for your new employee on the Sustainability Leadership Skills Programme.

What information do we need to start a recruitment?
To start a recruitment we will need: job title, location or remote information, salary (we will not advertise without a salary), job description which we can help you write if needed, contract type.

How does a recruitment agency help employers hire faster?
As a recruitment agency, we can reduce your internal workload and ensure that hiring managers only meet candidates aligned to role requirements.

When should an employer use a recruitment agency?
Employers can use recruitment agencies for many number of reasons including when roles are specialist, difficult to fill, or time-critical. We specialise in finding great candidates for green and sustainability based roles.

How much does it cost to use us as a recruitment agency?
We offer two main types of recruitment services. Our first is our Full Recruitment Package: £3750 + VAT. This includes: advertising, shortlisting and interviews. Our second is our Employment Services: £3750 + VAT + Employments Services fees, calculated based on the salary. With Employment Services, we find and recruit candidates on your behalf, and take care of payroll and contracts.
