West Northamptonshire Council is looking for a dedicated Recycling Engagement Assistant to support the roll-out of recycling and food waste services to residents living in flats and communal properties. This is a practical, community-facing role where you’ll carry out site assessments, engage with residents and help ensure the successful introduction of new waste services. Working as part of the Waste Services team, you’ll liaise with residents, landlords and contractors to promote recycling, resolve issues and gather valuable feedback to help monitor and improve the service.

 

CLIMATE AMBASSADORS PROJECT OFFICER

Manchester Metropolitan University is looking for a Climate Ambassadors Project Officer to support a national programme that helps schools take action on climate change. Working with the North West regional hub, you will help connect schools with volunteer Climate Ambassadors, share useful resources and support the creation of Climate Action Plans. The role involves working closely with partners and helping to organise activities that promote climate education.
