African Youth Summit 2021 - Using Systems Thinking for Positive Action
In the first ever virtual event of its kind on the continent, a youth driven marine group called Youth4MPAs, in partnership with WILDOCEANS, launched the African Youth Summit 2021 to engage with global marine experts, unify youth across Africa, and amplify their voices to advocate for protection of Africa’s oceans. It was a fantastic event, with a wide variety of talks, workshops, discussions, music, storytelling and inspirational films enjoyed by over 500 youth participants.
