Next week we start module 4 Leadership and Action with our Resilience in Change session. Our response to sustainability challenges has been described as the world's largest change management process. It’s also an emotional process which can bring up feelings of grief, fear and hopelessness. In this session we consider what does this mean for our response, and how do we consider climate anxiety and uncertainty in our support for others?

With module 3 coming to a close, this is an encouragement to complete the session reflections plus the module assessment. The deadline for this is the end of April, but it can help to answer while it's fresh.
