Hi! I'm the person behind the posts (and a few other things!) here at Change Agents. I originally qualified as a geologist from the University of Leicester and spent years working in the UK, Botswana, the Netherlands and Norway for various mining and petroleum companies. Back in 2014 I realised that although enjoyable (I am a total science geek!!) the roles weren't fully aligned with my values and weren't fulfilling me. From this acknowledgement I retrained in marketing and communications and have since worked for mostly sports companies but also for fellow not-for-profit Green Estate/Pictorial Meadows.

Joining Change Agents is a bit of a dream as I am now fully leaning in to my values and using my knowledge and skills as a power for good. My core values are nature, empathy, support, joy and positivity so I'm ticking everyone of these by working in sustainability. I can't wait to learn more about this sector and support other people in their learning and action.
