I joined Change Agents at the end of 2022 in the new role of Sustainability Projects & Development Officer.

The role seemed a perfect fit for me as my background combines experience in careers education and guidance, project management and the environment sector.

After many years developing digital careers guidance solutions as a researcher and writer, IT project manager and development manager I was ready to change career direction. My growing interest in environmental and sustainability issues led me to roles first with Lowland Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Local Nature Partnership then with Sea-Changers marine conservation charity and now also to Change Agents UK.

I work across all the Change Agents programmes but am particularly focussed on managing our research projects, developing funding bids and project proposals and working with the education team to develop and deliver CAUK courses.
