Environmental Sustainability | Session Follow-Up

Hi all, thank you for those who joined our session today on Environmental Sustainability. It was great to talk about some of our greatest environmental challenges and hear where you think there are opportunities for change!

Just some reminders:

  • The recording link has been added onto the Programme Portal for anyone who missed the session. Let me know if you need help finding it.

  • There is some PREP work ahead of next week's session, which is labelled as such and can be found under M1.3 People & Planet in your Programme Portal. I encourage you to spend a bit of time reading through this and preparing your identity maps.

The recording is now available on the program portal - head to the 'Skills & Values' dropdown, and 'Session Recording' should be visible.

Thank you for your insightful contributions on parts of nature (who doesn't love when a bison, mushroom and cloud are all in a room), plus your skillset and personal values. We will develop and further explore these over the coming weeks to recognise how we can overcome shared challenges and use our experience as effectively as possible, for our own impact and that of our organisations.

Ahead of next week, please do complete the prep work under the 'Environmental Sustainability' section, complete the reflective activities for the first session. and consider sharing what you'd like to progress over the course duration right here in the…

Resilience in Change - Follow-Up

Hi @Everyone , Thank you for an open, exploratory and very personal session today.

The recording is now available, and I wanted to share here some resources particularly for the emotional context of today's session:

  • Option B by Sheryl Sandberg - recommendation by Leonie, thank you!

  • The Work That Reconnects - a beautiful practise that helps us to connect with both our love and pain for the world to keep going. Led by Joanna Macy who was a leader in this sphere for 50 years! They have a podcast called "We Are the Great Turning which I recommend as an introduction. Find it here.

  • Some wisdom shared - "If I'm the best version of myself, I'll be the best version I can be for the world." (thank you, Sophie, for passing this on).

If anyone would like to chat about anything coming up, please do book a 1-to-1 with me.…
